	Sorry, guys it wan't film like "Star Wars" o smth. like this. The author is not American, but Russian  And he is historian I got this theories from works of russian historian - Sergey Nefedov. He is famous of his  mathematical modeling of the Laws of History ... Of couse ,not only new weapon inflict on Cilivilzations history, but a lot of other things (like culture, social  structure etc.). But may be the radical new weapon innovation has very serious influence on process of Civilization live ? In any case the history of mankind consists of wars ...
